Alex joined Longmead in 2021 from Bywater Properties, where over eight years he progressed from analyst to leading investment strategy and origination across a diversified UK portfolio, obtaining his RICS accreditation along the way. At Longmead, he leads the investment team with responsibility for deal origination, risk assessment / mitigation and transaction management through to completion.

Bonnie joined Longmead in 2024 from CBRE, where she qualified as a RICS member within the Portfolio Capital Markets team, advising institutional investors and fund managers on acquisitions, disposals and portfolio transactions across the UK — with Longmead among her clients. At Longmead, she leads underwriting and transaction execution across the firm's investment strategies.

Ed joined Longmead in 2022 with over 15 years' experience in real estate, specialising in creative hands-on asset management across all commercial real estate sectors. Prior to Longmead, he managed a diverse range of assets at London & Cambridge Properties (M Core) within a combined portfolio AUM exceeding £1 billion. Ed is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).

Imogen joined Longmead in 2024 as an asset manager with 8 years of experience in real estate across a diverse range of asset classes. Prior to joining Longmead, Imogen worked within asset management and development at Telereal Trillium, focusing on value add industrial and office assets underpinned by redevelopment, within a portfolio AUM of over £9 billion.

James Co-Founded Longmead with Shilen having worked across the UK and Europe in real estate capital markets, fund management, origination and transaction structuring. Prior to founding the business, he held a Director-level role at a European real estate fund manager, with earlier experience at Nelson Bakewell and BNP Paribas across London and Paris. James is heavily involved in Cancer Fundraising charities and is a Trustee-Director of a diversified estate in the south east of England.

Ollie joined Longmead in April 2024, initially focusing on asset management, and now works closely with Alex and Bonnie as part of the Investment Team. Prior to joining Longmead, Ollie completed a year-long internship at Revcap before undertaking his MSc Real Estate Finance degree at the University of Reading.

A Chartered Accountant since 2008, Preeya trained with KPMG before moving into the social housing sector, where she specialised in financial planning and analysis. She brings extensive experience in finance, operations and strategic planning to support Longmead's growth and day-to-day operations.

Shilen co-founded Longmead with over two decades of experience across real estate and financial markets. Previously a Partner at a real estate private equity business, he has held positions at LaSalle Investment Management and JLL Corporate Finance, spanning the full investment cycle from origination through to asset management.

Stewart is an experienced real estate asset and development manager. He operates across the UK with a particular focus on the Northern regions, working with private equity and institutional investors. Previously a Director at Colliers for seven years, he also held an asset management role at M7 Real Estate. He works across the majority of industry sectors including business space, retail, leisure and living.

Tony brings 44 years of real estate industry experience to Longmead, with deep expertise in capital markets and a career spanning some of the sector's most significant transactions. He served as CEO of Colliers International UK & Ireland from 2010 to 2025, and prior to that spent 27 years at JLL where he built and led their UK and Pan-European Capital Markets business across 24 countries.
